TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training – Foundation
This course provides an introduction to the TOGAF® concepts, structure, and the steps of the ADM cycle.

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training – Practitioner

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training – Foundation and Practitioner Combined
This intensive 4-day (4×8 hours) program combines the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation (Part 1) and the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner (Part 2) officially accredited trainings, approved by The Open Group.
The first two days cover the theoretical foundations, concepts, structure, and logic of the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, and the Architecture Development Method (ADM). The second two days focus on the practical application of the methodology, tailored to real enterprise environments.
The aim of this program is to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively apply the TOGAF® Framework in real-world enterprise architecture practice, and to prepare participants for both official certification exams. TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training – Practitioner Bridge
This intensive 2-day (2×8 hours) officially accredited course, approved by The Open Group, is designed exclusively for professionals who already hold the TOGAF® 9 Certified credential and wish to update their qualification to the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition at the Practitioner level.
The program provides a focused, accelerated path to learn the updates in TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, deepen practical application skills, and prepare for the Practitioner (Part 2) exam. The course fee includes the official exam voucher.
Getting Started with Enterprise Architecture
This practical course is based on the Enterprise Architecture Implementation Wheel (EAWheel) methodology, which provides a visual and structured framework for implementing and operating Enterprise Architecture.
The Wheel consists of four main stages (Document, Define, Execute, Control), each with defined steps and key focus areas.
The method is easy to adapt, requires no lengthy preparation, and is an ideal starting point for organizations beginning their EA journey. It supports gradual implementation and iterative approaches, while integrating seamlessly with the processes of the TOGAF® Standard, enabling its simple and practical use within the organization.
TOGAF® Business Architecture Training – Foundation
This course is based on the Business Architecture domain of the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, and demonstrates how business architecture can support organizational strategy and operations.
Participants will learn the key concepts, models, and views of Business Architecture, as well as how it fits into the overall Enterprise Architecture framework.
The program aims to provide participants with a common vocabulary and methodological foundations that can serve as a basis for advanced studies or practical application.

AI Awareness Training (EU AI Act & Hungarian Regulation)
The AI Awareness Training provides a clear and practical introduction to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) and the emerging Hungarian regulatory framework. The course explains the EU’s risk-based approach, including prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk AI systems, and clarifies what these rules mean for organisations operating primarily as AI deployers/users.
Participants gain an understanding of related legal areas—data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity (NIS2 / Hungarian Cybersecurity Act), business secrecy, and intellectual property—and explore real organisational risks such as shadow AI, data leakage, biased HR algorithms, and deepfake-based fraud.
The training focuses on safe, responsible day-to-day AI use and supports organisations in building compliant internal governance.
NIS2 Awareness
Our introductory training provides a comprehensive overview of the EU NIS2 directive, including its objectives, scope, and the obligations it places on organizations. Participants will become familiar with the EU’s cybersecurity institutional framework, as well as management responsibilities and reporting requirements. This module serves as an ideal first step in preparing for compliance and lays the foundation for the GAP Assessment training.
This one-day course provides participants with a clear overview of the essence of the NIS2 Directive and its business impacts. It covers the EU cybersecurity landscape, organizational obligations, and the roles of key institutions. The goal is to provide both leaders and professionals with practical foundations that support effective preparation and confident compliance.

ITIL® Foundation (Version 5)
The ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) training provides an introduction to the core concepts of digital product and service management based on the latest evolution of the ITIL® framework. This two-day, instructor-led course delivers comprehensive knowledge of the ITIL® Value System, the Product and Service Lifecycle model, the Product and Service Management Four Dimensions model, and the ITIL® Guiding Principles.

ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5)
The ITIL® Foundation Bridge training is designed to provide a transition between ITIL 4 and ITIL (Version 5), specifically for those who already hold an ITIL 4 Foundation certification and do not want to relearn the entire framework from scratch.
During the course, participants focus on the new and enhanced elements introduced in ITIL 5, enabling them to efficiently update their existing knowledge. It explains how ITIL has evolved from traditional IT service management into a modern, digital product and service–oriented framework that supports automation, data-driven operations, and the use of artificial intelligence.
