Enterprise and Business Architecture Training

This course provides an introduction to the TOGAF® concepts, structure, and the steps of the ADM cycle.

It establishes the theoretical foundation needed for higher levels and prepares participants for the Foundation exam.

It is recommended for anyone who wishes to organize their architectural knowledge based on a structured, internationally recognized standard.
The two-day (2×8 hours) program is an officially accredited training by The Open Group, fully aligned with international certification requirements.

This intensive 4-day (4×8 hours) program combines the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation (Part 1) and the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner (Part 2) officially accredited trainings, approved by The Open Group.

The first two days cover the theoretical foundations, concepts, structure, and logic of the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, and the Architecture Development Method (ADM). The second two days focus on the practical application of the methodology, tailored to real enterprise environments.

The aim of this program is to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively apply the TOGAF® Framework in real-world enterprise architecture practice, and to prepare participants for both official certification exams. Upon successful completion, participants will earn the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification and become eligible for the TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Applied Practitioner digital badge.

This practical course is based on the Enterprise Architecture Implementation Wheel (EAWheel) methodology, which provides a visual and structured framework for implementing and operating Enterprise Architecture.

The Wheel consists of four main stages (Document, Define, Execute, Control), each with defined steps and key focus areas.

The method is easy to adapt, requires no lengthy preparation, and is an ideal starting point for organizations beginning their EA journey. It supports gradual implementation and iterative approaches, while integrating seamlessly with the processes of the TOGAF® Standard, enabling its simple and practical use within the organization.
