For corporate groups

In-house training

We tailor in-house training to the specific needs of the client: the curriculum, the case studies and the schedule are adapted to the organisation.

The course can be delivered at the client’s own office, in the Bdat. training room or online. Participants pick up practical, business-focused knowledge in the environment that suits them best.

Benefits

Why ask for an in‑house course?

Flexible format and location

Courses can run in person, online or in a hybrid setup, following what the client needs and what works for the participants.

Adaptable curriculum

The material can be aligned with the organisation’s current goals, development direction and competence needs, so the knowledge is genuinely relevant.

Set in your organisational context

Participants can interpret what they learn inside their own working environment, and the course is built on examples that fit that situation.

Industry-relevant content

The course uses concrete, domain-specific examples that connect directly to the participants’ everyday tasks.

Support for putting it to work

We give targeted support on how the knowledge can be built into the way the organisation and the individual teams actually work.

A professional partnership for the long run

A course is not a one-off event for us: the goal is a lasting effect on how the organisation operates and on how the participants develop.

How we work

Tailored development with lasting professional support

Our courses are always aligned with the needs and the operating context of the given organisation, at the level of the curriculum or of the examples. We do not just hand over the knowledge, we help you embed it: we support the adaptation with mentoring, coaching or by backing a pilot project. On request we work in a long-term professional partnership, so that the change actually happens and does not just start.

FAQ

Common questions about in‑house training

Who can order an in-house course?

Any company, organisation or institution that wants to train its staff on its own schedule and to its own requirements.

From what group size is it worth it?

Courses can be requested from 5 participants, although for most organisations they become genuinely worthwhile with a larger group.

Where does an in-house course take place?

It can run online, at the client’s own site or at an external venue. We adapt to what the client needs.

Can the curriculum be tailored?

Yes, every in-house course is fitted to the needs of the given organisation. That can cover the choice of topics, the type of examples, the schedule or the ratio of exercises. When we design the course we take the characteristics of the industry into account, and on request we build industry standards, established practices and reference architectures into the material.

Our accredited courses are the exception, for example TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training and TOGAF® Business Architecture Training. Their curriculum, learning studies, exercises and every accredited element are delivered in the form approved by The Open Group.

Over what period can it be scheduled?

Courses broadly follow the length of the open courses, but we can depart from that if needed.

How much does an in-house course cost?

The price depends on the number of participants, the location, the length and how far the content is tailored. Ask for a quote at [email protected].

Does it include a certificate?

Yes, every participant receives an official certificate of successful attendance.

Are the official accredited TOGAF® Standard courses available in-house?

Yes, both TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Training and TOGAF® Business Architecture Training can be booked as an in-house course, in Hungarian or in English, online or in a classroom.

The course is accredited, so the content of its curriculum cannot be modified. That applies to the curriculum, the learning studies, the exercises and every element that is part of the accredited syllabus. We always deliver these in the form approved by The Open Group.

The practical context, on the other hand, can be tailored to the characteristics of your industry, to reference architectures or to specific organisational challenges. For the details write to [email protected].
