Timea Horvath-Toth

Timea Horvath-Toth is a trainer specialising in team and personal effectiveness, who supports organisations in developing their employees by building on her experience in leadership and education. In her work, particular emphasis is placed on the development of communication, self-reflection and emotional intelligence as the foundations of effective collaboration and sustainable organisational operation. Throughout her career, she has been involved in leading and coordinating front- and back-office teams, as well as in the implementation of complex organisational situations such as IT system implementations, the design of performance evaluation systems, and crisis management.
